This Delivery Policy explains how Hyzerline products are delivered to customers. It applies to all purchases made on hyzerlinestore.com, operated by ERREVU' S.R.L., VAT No. IT02063590471, with registered office in Italy ("Hyzerline", "we", "us", or "our"), and forms an integral part of our Terms & Conditions.
1. Digital Products Only — No Physical Shipping
All Hyzerline products are digital and delivered electronically. We sell exclusively downloadable files in PDF format. No physical goods are shipped, no postal or courier service is involved, and no shipping, handling, or delivery fees apply to any order.
For this reason, no shipping address is required to complete a purchase.
2. How You Receive Your Product
Once your payment has been successfully processed, your Product is made available to you in two ways:
- a download link and/or access instructions displayed on the order-confirmation page immediately after checkout; and
- a confirmation email containing your download link and/or access details, sent to the email address you provided at checkout.
We recommend that you download and save your files promptly to a secure device and keep a backup copy.
3. Delivery Time
Delivery is normally instant. In the majority of cases, you will receive access to your Product immediately upon completion of payment.
In rare cases, delivery may be delayed by a few minutes to a few hours due to payment verification, fraud-prevention checks, or temporary technical factors affecting the Website or our delivery systems. Such delays are exceptional and do not constitute a failure of delivery.
4. File Format and Technical Requirements
Products are provided in PDF format. To access and read your Product, you will need:
- a computer, tablet, or smartphone;
- a standard PDF reader application (such as Adobe Acrobat Reader or any equivalent);
- a stable internet connection to complete the download.
The Products are designed to be readable on common devices and may be printed for your personal use in accordance with the licence granted in our Terms & Conditions and Legal Notice.
5. Correct Contact Details
It is your responsibility to provide a correct, valid, and accessible email address at checkout. Delivery is deemed to have been successfully made once the download link has been displayed on the confirmation page and/or the confirmation email has been sent to the address you provided.
We are not responsible for non-delivery, delayed delivery, or non-receipt caused by an incorrect email address, a full mailbox, or filtering by your email provider. Where the issue is on your side, we will nevertheless use reasonable efforts to assist you in re-issuing access (see Section 6).
6. If You Do Not Receive Your Product
If you have completed a purchase but have not received access to your Product within a reasonable time, please take the following steps:
- Check the spam, junk, or promotions folders of your email inbox.
- Verify that the email address entered at checkout was correct.
- If you still cannot locate or access your Product, contact us at info@hyzerlinestore.com (or hyzerlinestore@gmail.com), providing your order number and the email address used at checkout.
We will respond promptly and re-issue your download link or provide alternative access where possible. We are committed to ensuring that every paying customer receives the Product they have purchased.
7. Download Availability and Backup
We recommend downloading your Product as soon as you receive access and storing it safely. While we endeavour to keep download links functional, access links may be time-limited for security reasons. If a link has expired or you have lost your file, contact us and we will assist you in regaining access following verification of your purchase.
8. Changes to This Policy
We may update or modify this Delivery Policy at any time. The version applicable to your purchase is the one in force at the time the contract is formed. Changes are effective upon publication on the Website.
