REFUND POLICY

This Refund Policy applies to all purchases made on hyzerlinestore.com, operated by ERREVU' S.R.L., VAT No. IT02063590471, with registered office in Italy ("Hyzerline", "we", "us", or "our"). It forms an integral part of our Terms & Conditions and should be read together with them.
1. Nature of Our Products
Hyzerline sells exclusively digital products delivered electronically as downloadable PDF files. Such products can be accessed, downloaded, stored, and copied immediately upon delivery. For this reason, and consistent with standard practice for digital content, the refund terms set out below apply.
2. All Sales Are Final
Due to the intangible and instantly accessible nature of digital downloadable content, all sales are final and non-refundable once the Product has been delivered, downloaded, or access has otherwise been provided.
When you complete a purchase, you receive immediate and permanent access to the full content of the Product. As the Product cannot be "returned" in any meaningful sense once delivered, we are unable to offer refunds, exchanges, or cancellations as a matter of course.
3. EU Consumer Withdrawal Waiver
As set out in our Terms & Conditions, Consumers within the European Union ordinarily benefit from a 14-day right of withdrawal for distance contracts under Directive 2011/83/EU, as implemented in Italy by the Codice del Consumo (Legislative Decree No. 206/2005).
However, this right does not apply to the supply of digital content not delivered on a tangible medium where performance has begun with the Consumer's prior express consent and acknowledgement that the right of withdrawal is thereby lost (Art. 16(m) of Directive 2011/83/EU; Art. 59 of the Codice del Consumo).
By completing your purchase and proceeding to access or download the Product, you expressly consent to the immediate performance of the contract and acknowledge that you thereby waive and lose your statutory 14-day right of withdrawal. This waiver is a condition of obtaining immediate access to the Product.
4. Exceptional Circumstances
Notwithstanding the foregoing, we are committed to customer satisfaction and act in good faith. We will consider a refund on a discretionary, case-by-case basis in genuine and justified circumstances, including where:
- you were charged more than once for the same order (duplicate or erroneous transaction);
- you were unable to access or download the Product due to a verified technical fault attributable to us, which we are unable to resolve within a reasonable time;
- the Product delivered materially differs from its description on the Website;
- a payment was made fraudulently or without authorization from the legitimate cardholder, as verified by us.
These exceptions reflect our willingness to resolve genuine issues fairly, and not an obligation to provide refunds outside the circumstances described.
5. How to Request a Refund
To request a refund under the exceptional circumstances above, please contact us within 14 days of your purchase at info@hyzerlinestore.com (or hyzerlinestore@gmail.com), providing:
- your full name and the email address used at checkout;
- your order number or proof of purchase;
- a clear description of the issue and, where relevant, supporting evidence (e.g. screenshots of an error).
We will review each request individually and in good faith. We may request additional information to verify your purchase and the nature of the issue. The approval of any single request is assessed on its own merits and does not create an obligation or precedent to approve any other request.
6. Processing of Approved Refunds
Where a refund is approved, it will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase. The time required for the refunded amount to appear in your account depends on your payment provider and is outside our control. Upon approval and processing of a refund, your licence to use the relevant Product is automatically revoked, and you must cease using and delete all copies of the Product.
7. Abuse of the Refund Policy
We reserve the right to refuse refund requests that we reasonably consider to be fraudulent, abusive, or made in bad faith, including repeated requests following access to and use of the full content of our Products.
8. Statutory Rights
Nothing in this Refund Policy excludes or limits your mandatory statutory rights as a Consumer under applicable law, including any legal guarantee of conformity in the event that the digital content is faulty, defective, or not as described. This Policy applies in addition to, and not in place of, such rights.
9. Changes to This Policy
We may update or modify this Refund Policy at any time. The version applicable to your purchase is the one in force at the time the contract is formed. Changes are effective upon publication on the Website.
